The maximum mark that a pupil can receive on the Buckinghamshire 11+ is not set in stone due to a number of factors, including standardised marking, age-adjusted scoring, etc. However, the highest grade that we are aware of that has been recorded is 168.
There is no additional benefit to a pupil scoring higher than 121. It does not give you a better chance of getting into your school of choice, however it can be nice to know how you compare to the rest of your year group across the county.
To our knowledge, no pupil has ever scored 100% on the Buckinghamshire 11+. To score 121 a pupil would need to answer between 75-85% of all of the questions correctly.
Please feel free to leave a comment telling us how your child performed, and if anyone got close to beating 168.
